Website terms

Using this website
You may use this website to learn about Servistri, review project examples, try the sample tools, and make a genuine inquiry. Use it lawfully and respect the privacy, intellectual property, and systems of others.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, submit harmful code, impersonate someone, or use the forms to send spam or information you do not have permission to share.
An inquiry is a starting point
Sending an inquiry does not book a call, reserve a project start date, create a paid subscription, or authorize paid work. We discuss the project and confirm the scope and commercial terms before work begins.
Service pages describe work that may be included in a project. They are not a promise that every feature is included in every engagement. A written proposal or service agreement sets out the deliverables, fees, payment schedule, revisions, timing, responsibilities, and any ongoing support. That agreement governs the purchased work.
Accounts, ownership, and third-party costs
The project agreement explains account access, ownership of completed work, third-party licenses, available exports, and handoff. Hosting, domain renewals, paid software, advertising spend, and AI or messaging charges are separate unless the agreement includes them.
Clients are responsible for approving content and supplying accurate business details and materials they have permission to use. The project scope also sets out which decisions, account approvals, and ongoing tasks stay with the client.
Demonstrations and estimates
The workflow, estimator, and sample portal are fictional demonstrations. Their figures, customer details, prices, and bookings are examples, not live client data or offers to provide work at those prices. Trying a control does not send a message, approve a contract, book an appointment, or make a payment.
A real estimator requires business-approved pricing rules and a review of the actual project. AI-assisted drafts or summaries may contain errors and need appropriate human review. Final prices, spending, customer commitments, and professional decisions remain with the responsible business.
Marketing and search outcomes
Search rankings, website traffic, inquiries, bookings, and revenue depend on factors beyond a website or campaign alone. Servistri does not promise a particular ranking, number of leads, or financial result through this website.
Portfolio descriptions explain features and customer experiences that were built. They should not be read as evidence of sales results. OTTR is identified as a founder-owned project.
Website content and external links
The Servistri name, artwork, writing, and other original website materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and link to the website. Other reuse requires permission unless applicable law allows it. Client names, marks, screenshots, and third-party materials belong to their respective owners.
Links to other websites are provided for reference. Those services set their own terms, privacy practices, and availability. A link does not transfer responsibility for their services to Servistri.
Availability and corrections
We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but information can change and errors or interruptions can occur. Contact us if something appears incorrect or a feature is not working. The website does not replace the terms of a signed project agreement.
Nothing on this page removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
