What this notice covers
This notice covers the public Servistri website, its contact form, and its interactive demonstrations. Servistri offers website design, search optimization, automation, and marketing services for small businesses. Questions about this notice can be sent to support@servistri.com.
Client workspaces and websites we build for other businesses may have their own notices and service agreements. Those explain the information handled within that particular service.
Information you choose to send
The project inquiry form asks for your name, business name, email address, type of business, selected service, and project priorities. You may also provide a website address, budget range, and preferred timing. If you email us, we receive your email address and the message and attachments you send.
Please share only what is needed to discuss your project. Do not put passwords, payment-card details, private customer records, or other sensitive information into the public inquiry form.
Your browser draft
The contact form saves your draft in this browser using local storage so you can return to it. The draft can include the contact and project details you enter. Opening the review step does not submit it; the form sends the details only when you select Send inquiry.
The draft can remain after you close the page. Use Clear draft on the contact form or clear this site's data in your browser to remove it from that device. This does not delete an inquiry already sent to Servistri. On a shared device, clear your draft when you finish. Copying or downloading your notes happens only when you choose those controls; downloaded files remain wherever you save them.
How inquiries are used
Submitted inquiries are stored in Servistri's inquiry system and used to respond, understand the work you need, prepare a proposal, and manage project follow-up. An email notification may also be sent to Servistri so the request can be reviewed.
Submitting the form does not book an appointment, create a paid subscription, or enroll you in a marketing list. We do not use this form to take payments. The public demonstrations do not send your inquiry to an AI model.
Hosting, security, and service providers
Hosting and delivery services process connection information to serve and protect the website. This may include an IP address, browser or device information, requested page, time of access, and error or security logs. The inquiry system also uses a technical request fingerprint to limit repeated submissions.
Service providers supporting hosting, data storage, and email delivery process information needed for those functions. Inquiry details are available to the people handling your request and are not published on the website. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect rights, or secure the service.
Analytics, cookies, and demonstrations
This public website does not currently load advertising pixels or audience analytics scripts. Its fonts and artwork are served with the site. The contact form uses the local browser storage described above; it does not require an advertising cookie.
The interactive workflow, flooring estimator, and sample portal use fictional information in your browser. Their controls do not create customer records, send messages, book work, or take payments. The example estimate is calculated from the sample rules shown on the page.
Retention and security
Inquiry and correspondence records are kept for as long as needed to respond, manage an active project or business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. Retention can vary with the purpose of the record. Clearing a browser draft does not remove these records.
We use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe information has been sent in error or an account has been misused, contact us promptly.
Your questions and choices
You can ask what information we hold about your inquiry, request a correction or deletion, or tell us you no longer want project follow-up by emailing support@servistri.com. Include enough information to identify the request, but do not send identity documents unless we discuss a suitable verification method.
We may need to confirm that a request is yours. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or active service reasons; we will explain any relevant limits when responding. Any rights available under applicable privacy law remain in place.
External websites and updates
Portfolio links take you to independently operated websites with their own privacy practices. This notice does not govern information you give those businesses.
We may update this notice as the website or its practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be explained here and, where required, through an additional notice.
