These terms apply to the public Servistri website and pilot-request experience. A separate written service agreement governs an activated customer subscription.

Preliminary information

Demonstrations, estimator examples, pricing illustrations, AI-supported observations, and website previews are preliminary. They do not create a construction quote, guarantee results, or replace professional onsite judgment.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or use automated methods that place unreasonable load on the service.

Intellectual property

Servistri branding, website design, software, demonstration materials, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Customer names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

No automatic subscription

Submitting a pilot request does not activate a subscription or authorize a charge. Plan scope, price, and start date are confirmed before service begins.
